Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fine Beeswax products. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day returns policy for unused items.
30-Day Returns
Return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Exchanges Available
Prefer a different product? We're happy to exchange for another item.
Simple Process
Contact us and we'll guide you through the return or exchange process.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Contact us first: Email us at info@finebeeswax.co.uk with your order number and let us know if you'd like a refund or exchange.
- Get return instructions: We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide a return address.
- Package your return: Securely package the unused item in its original packaging if possible.
- Post your return: Send it back to us via Royal Mail or your preferred courier. You'll need to arrange and pay for return postage.
- Get your refund or exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or send your exchange item within 3-5 working days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original, unopened condition
- In the original packaging where possible
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email is fine)
Refund Details
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item within 3-5 working days
- If approved, we'll refund the full product price
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty)
- Return postage costs are your responsibility
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- It may take 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we'll make it right:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or fault if possible
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including delivery costs) at no cost to you
- For faulty or damaged items, we'll cover the return postage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened and used
- Items not in their original condition
