1. About Our Service

Fine Beeswax sells handmade beeswax care products online. We make furniture polish, wood conditioner, and leather conditioner from beeswax harvested from our own hives in Balerno, Scotland.

By using our website and placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms. If anything seems unclear, please contact us before ordering.

2. Our Products

All our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. This means:

• Natural variations in color, texture, and scent may occur between batches
• We aim for accurate product descriptions and photos, but handmade items may vary slightly
• Each product is made fresh to order where possible

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Your order is confirmed once payment is successful
• We reserve the right to adjust prices, though existing orders won't be affected

4. Delivery

• Free Royal Mail delivery on orders over £15
• £3.55 delivery for orders under £15
• We ship to UK addresses only
• Typical delivery time is 3-5 working days
• We dispatch orders within 1-2 working days

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy for unused products. Here's the summary:

• You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items
• Products must be in their original, unopened condition
• You'll need to arrange and pay for return postage
• We'll refund the product price (delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty)
• For damaged or faulty items, contact us within 7 days and we'll cover return costs

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have legal rights to a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Product Safety & Allergies

Our products contain natural ingredients, including beeswax, natural oils, and in some cases, nut oils or citrus extracts. Please:

• Check ingredient lists if you have allergies
• Test on a small area first if you have sensitive skin
• Keep products out of reach of children and pets
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs

Please use our website responsibly. Don't attempt to hack it, submit false information, or use it for anything unlawful. That should go without saying, but we're required to say it anyway!

All content on this website—including product photos, descriptions, and design—belongs to Fine Beeswax. Please don't copy or use it without permission.

10. Liability

We take care to provide quality products and accurate information, but we're a small business and can't be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn't affect your statutory rights for faulty products.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Scottish law. If any disputes arise, they'll be handled in Scottish courts. We're based in Balerno, Scotland.
